- Combine the bread cubes, beaten egg yolk, butter, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and grated onion. Shape into four balls.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place one stuffing ball on each pork chop.
- Core the apples and set them in the pan with the chops.
- Mix sugar, raisins, and cinnamon and fill the center of each apple with this mixture.
- Roll the sweet potatoes in melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place them in the pan with the chops.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F until cooked through and golden.
