Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 cups chopped shrimp

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, finely grated onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and garlic salt; mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped shrimp and sprinkle with dill.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
