- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, slightly beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, thawed and drained chopped spinach, shredded Mozzarella cheese, eggs, skim milk, instant minced onion, crushed basil leaves, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
