Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked spaghetti
  • salted boiling water
  • 1/2 pound cheese, grated
  • 2 pimento peppers, chopped
  • 4 slices pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until tender but firm; drain.
  2. Add grated cheese, chopped pimento peppers, diced pineapple, diced celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise, and hard boiled eggs if desired.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
