- Shape the beef mixture into mini tartlet shells using muffin pans.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, taco sauce, chopped olives, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Place about one teaspoon of the sour cream mixture into each beef shell, mounding slightly.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of each filled tartlet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully take the tartlets out of the pans.
- Serve immediately or freeze and reheat at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
