Ingredients

  • 10 lbs ground beef
  • 10 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 1/2 lbs breadcrumbs
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Scoop into 2 oz balls.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
