Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • egg, beaten
  • sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef, then add onion soup mix and shredded Cheddar cheese, mixing well.
  2. Open crescent rolls and combine the pastry with your fingers to blend.
  3. Spread the meat mixture onto the crescent dough and roll it up like a jelly roll.
  4. Brush the roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
