Meat Enchiladas
Ingredients
Instructions
- Brown beef and onion.
- Mix in beans.
- Dip tortillas, one at a time, into hot Crisco briefly and drain.
- Spread beef and bean mixture in each tortilla and roll.
- Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce.
- Top with cheese.
- Place in oven at 350° and heat until cheese is melted.
- If you wish, when serving, top with lettuce and tomatoes.
