Meat Loaf Roll-Up

- Combine ground beef, egg, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, oregano, pepper, salt and oatmeal in a large bowl.
- On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into rectangle approximately 8 x 10-inches.
- Arrange ham slices on top of meat, leaving a small margin around the edges.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of ham.
- Starting from a short end, carefully roll up meat; seal edges and ends. Place roll, seam side down, in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- Makes 4 servings.
