Meat Loaf Supper

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 peeled potatoes
  • 2 whole, peeled onions
  • 1 lb. peeled carrots
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 soup can water

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients together and form into a loaf. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  2. Surround meat loaf with carrots, potatoes and onions.
  3. Place the 2 bacon slices on top of the meat loaf.
