Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • dash of oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine ground sirloin, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, garlic, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs of desired size.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the meatballs in olive oil until evenly cooked and browned on all sides.
  6. Remove the meatballs and add them to your preferred sauce to simmer and finish cooking.
