Meatballs Barbecued

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 2 c. oatmeal
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Mold into small balls.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  4. Put into crock-pot with 1 can tomato soup and barbecue sauce to cover meatballs.
  5. Cook 1 hour longer.
  6. Can also be made into meat loaf.
