Ingredients

  • 6 1/4 oz. box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • No. 2 can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet and return the beef to the skillet.
  4. Add the juice from the canned tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  5. Stir in the cheese and cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Serve topped with sliced tomatoes.
