Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb dried beef
  • 6 whole chicken breasts, split
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with sliced dried beef.
  2. Wrap each half chicken breast with one slice of bacon.
  3. Place the wrapped chicken breasts on the dried beef lining the pan.
  4. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  7. For make-ahead, it can be baked for 2 hours at 250°F (120°C).
