Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a pan, mix sugar, milk, water, cocoa, flour, and egg yolks (separated).
  2. Cook and stir over a low flame until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Pour the filling into the baked 9-inch pie crust.
  5. Chill before serving.
