Ingredients

  • 1 pt. guacamole
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • diced tomatoes as desired
  • diced ripe olives as desired
  • 1 large pkg. Mexican blend shredded cheese (8 oz. or more if desired)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and mix with taco seasoning.
  2. In an edged serving dish, layer guacamole, sour cream, cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, diced ripe olives, and shredded cheese in the order listed.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
