Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 shakes crushed red pepper
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 mango pepper, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 30 oz. pork and beans
  • 1/2 c. ketchup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, chopped mango pepper, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add the pork and beans and ketchup to the skillet.
  3. Mix everything well and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
