Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider substituting the ham with shredded rotisserie chicken or even black beans for a vegetarian option. You can also mix in some corn or diced bell peppers to give the filling a fresh crunch. If you want a bit of heat, try using pepper jack cheese instead of Cheddar. These seasonal tortillas are versatile and can be adjusted to fit your taste preferences.

Serving Suggestions

These seasonal tortillas can be served as a delightful appetizer or a main dish. Pair them with a fresh salad or some guacamole for a complete meal. They also go well with a side of Chili Cheese Dip(Mexican) for dipping. For a refreshing drink, consider serving with iced tea or a fruity mocktail.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover tortilla rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, if baked, wrap in foil and warm in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 10 minutes, or microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Enjoy them warm for the best flavor and texture.
