- Brown the chopped onion and ground meat in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat and onion with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced Ro-tel tomatoes, Ranch Style Beans, and Taco Sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Tear the flour tortillas into strips.
- Layer a portion of the tortilla strips in the bottom of a casserole dish, then add the meat mixture, followed by more tortilla strips.
- Repeat the layers as desired, ending with a layer of tortilla strips on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top layer.
- Bake the casserole at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
