Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans chopped ripe olives
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 mashed cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • dash of seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Using a bowl, you can put a lid on.
  2. Mash garlic and rub in bottom of bowl.
  3. Leave garlic in bowl.
  4. Combine rest of ingredients.
  5. Cover and chill overnight.
  6. Serve with chips.
  7. Serves 8 to 10.
