Mexican Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cheese, chili powder, mustard and salt.
  2. Place 1/3 cup of mixture on each of 3 thin hamburger patties.
  3. Top with remaining patties and seal edges.
  4. Place on cold broiler pan and broil until done, about 15 minutes, turning once.
