Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large jar Mexican salsa
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. crumbled barbecue Fritos
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch or 2-quart glass pan.
  3. Spread crescent rolls across the bottom and sides of the pan.
  4. Brown hamburger and half of the chopped onion in a skillet.
  5. Drain excess fat from the cooked meat mixture.
  6. Spread the cooked hamburger mixture evenly over the crescent rolls.
  7. Top with Mexican salsa, sour cream, crumbled Fritos, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
