Mexican Egg Rolls

Instructions
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet; drain well.
- Add chilies, cheese and seasonings; stir well.
- Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on wrapper.
- Fold jelly roll fashion; brush edge of wrapper lightly with water.
- Press edges together and seal.
- Heat vegetable oil to 375° into large saucepan.
- Place 2 or 3 egg rolls in pan; fry 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with picante sauce.
