Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 2 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 pkg. nacho chips
  • sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
  2. Drain the grease from the cooked hamburger.
  3. Add taco mix to the hamburger and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, heat refried beans with 1/4 can of water, stirring often.
  5. Place chips on a plate.
  6. Spoon the heated beans over the chips, then add the cooked hamburger on top.
  7. Sprinkle with taco cheese.
  8. Top with sour cream if desired.
