Instructions
- Crumble beef in a 2-quart glass casserole.
- Stir in chopped green pepper and taco seasoning.
- Cover and microwave on High power for 5 to 6 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.
- Stir and break apart the meat.
- Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese, refried beans, tomato sauce, and jalapeno relish.
- Microwave, uncovered, on High power for 5 to 9 minutes, stirring twice, until hot and cheese melts.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and optional sour cream.
- Serve warm with tortilla or corn chips.
