Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • cooked chicken
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped green pepper and onion.
  2. Blend the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, and cooked chicken.
  3. Spray a baking dish with Pam.
  4. Layer flour tortillas, the blended chicken mixture, and repeat layers as desired.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
