Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can milk
  • 9 flour tortillas
  • 1 can hot enchilada sauce
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger; drain excess fat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and optional onion to the meat.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the milk, cream of mushroom soup, and enchilada sauces until blended.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of the dish.
  6. Top with a layer of cooked meat, cheese, then some of the soup mixture.
  7. Repeat layers two more times, making sure to reserve enough soup mixture to pour over the top layer.
  8. End with a layer of cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Optional: Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.
