Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1/2 lb. broken spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt Crisco in a large skillet and add broken spaghetti.
  2. Add browned hamburger, green pepper, onions, garlic, celery, salt, pepper, chili powder, frozen mixed vegetables, and stewed tomatoes to the skillet.
  3. Cook all ingredients together until well done.
  4. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
