Mexican Layered Appetizer

A colorful layered appetizer featuring creamy refried beans, ripe mashed avocados, zesty green onions, tangy sour cream, and spicy Picante sauce, perfect for gatherings and casual parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2-3 mashed avocados
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz jar Pace Picante Sauce strained

Instructions

  1. Layer the refried beans in the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square dish.
  2. Spread the mashed avocados evenly over the beans.
  3. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the avocado layer.
  4. Spread sour cream on top of the green onions.
  5. Finally, strain the Pace Picante Sauce and layer it over the sour cream, adjusting the amount as desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
