Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bottle taco sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese to the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Top with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.
  5. Heat until the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with lettuce, black olives, onions, sour cream, and Doritos.
