Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 4-1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 or 2 (1-1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced onion, tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning mix, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Stir in the uncooked spaghetti.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the spaghetti is tender, about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top and serve.
