Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. corn chips
  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. yellow cheese, grated
  • 1 or 2 small chopped onions
  • 10 ripe black olives, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet and add the taco seasoning mix. Keep warm.
  2. Place a mound of corn chips on each serving plate.
  3. Arrange chopped onions, black olives, chopped tomato, grated cheese, shredded lettuce, and sour cream in separate bowls.
  4. Pile the seasoned ground meat and other ingredients onto the corn chips.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
