Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. bag Fritos
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onion in margarine until translucent.
  2. Blend the sautéed onion with mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies as it heats.
  3. Add the deboned chicken cut into chunks and Fritos to the mixture.
  4. Stir until the mixture is blended with the chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F or until the cheese bubbles.
