- Start layering with 1 tortilla, topped with beans, then tortilla, meat mixture, tortilla, onion and cheese, tortilla, olives and peppers, possibly cheese, tortilla, beans, tortilla, meat, etc.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Cut in thin pie wedges and serve.
