Ingredients

  • 12 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. hamburger, prepared with taco mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • olives, chopped
  • green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start layering with 1 tortilla, topped with beans, then tortilla, meat mixture, tortilla, onion and cheese, tortilla, olives and peppers, possibly cheese, tortilla, beans, tortilla, meat, etc.
  2. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut in thin pie wedges and serve.
