Mi Sou is a hearty vegetable and bean sprout stir-fry with potatoes, carrots, and spaghetti, offering a savory, slightly sweet flavor ideal for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 potatoes
  • 3 to 4 carrots
  • 1 small can Fry Chick
  • 1 small can bamboo sprouts
  • 1 small can sliced chestnuts
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 package spaghetti noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into French fry shapes.
  2. Slice carrots.
  3. Cook potatoes and carrots in a skillet with a small amount of oil until tender.
  4. Add Fry Chick, bamboo sprouts, sliced chestnuts, and bean sprouts with their liquid from cans.
  5. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Saute onion and celery until fragrant.
  7. Add sautéed onion and celery to the mixture.
  8. Stir in cooked spaghetti and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of catsup.
  9. Mix well and serve hot.
