Ingredients
Instructions
- Dip salmon in egg wash, then roll in flour.
- In skillet, cook fish in oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Do not move around in skillet.
- In separate pan, mix remaining ingredients and warm, but do not bring to a boil.
- Spoon a small amount of sauce onto serving plate.
- Lay cooked salmon in sauce.
- Spoon additional sauce over top of fish.
- Serve and enjoy.
