  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • season salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots; cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly.
  3. Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe dish.
  4. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness; stir and cook additional time if needed.
