Microwave Brown Bread
A quick and hearty microwave brown bread with wholesome flavors of whole wheat, cornmeal, and molasses, perfect for a warm snack or side dish.

Instructions
- Shake the raisins with a tablespoon of the flour to coat.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased 4-cup microwaveable measuring cup or bowl of similar size.
- Cover with plastic wrap, held in place with an elastic band.
- Microwave at 50 percent power for 12 minutes.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes after microwaving.
- Run a knife around the inside of the bowl and invert to remove the bread.
- Slice and serve warm with baked beans.
