Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and water in a microwave-safe container.
  2. Microwave on High (100% power) for 3 to 4 minutes; drain beef well.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, sour cream, and drained beef until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts and parsley flakes.
  6. Chill the cheese ball before serving.
