Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. onions
  • 2 oz. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, flour, beaten egg, chili powder, salt, ginger, and garlic together.
  2. Add the ground beef to the mixture and combine well.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into flat patties and cook on a hot griddle or frying pan until browned and cooked through.
