Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a 2-cup measuring cup.
  2. Cover with wax paper.
  3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture.
  5. Reduce microwave power to Medium and cook for 5 minutes.
