- Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, peanut butter, and salt in a large microwavable bowl.
- Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until the mixture begins to bubble.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Stir in the popped popcorn and salted peanuts until well coated.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Shape the mixture firmly into four 3-inch balls with hands dipped in cold water.
- Place the balls on waxed paper.
- Let stand about 30 minutes or until completely cool.
- Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
