Ingredients

  • 16 large tortilla chips
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chilies
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
  • 4 oz. finely grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a layer of 16 large tortilla chips close together on a waxed paper-lined 10-inch plate.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons chopped chilies and 2 tablespoons chopped black olives over the chips.
  3. Top with 4 ounces of finely grated Cheddar cheese.
  4. Microwave on high until the cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes.
