Ingredients

  • 1 can jalapeno bean dip
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 c. green onion
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted black olives
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer in this order: jalapeno bean dip, mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then sour cream, taco seasoning mix, and mayo.
  2. Sprinkle green onion on top.
  3. Add layers of chopped tomatoes, black olives, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
