Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart casserole, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chopped green onions, including some of the green tops.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 to 3 minutes, until bright green.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of olive oil, cider vinegar, chopped dill pickle, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
