- Slice and julienne the squash, green pepper, zucchini, and carrots. Slice onions into rounds.
- Mix the sliced vegetables in a microwaveproof baking dish. Dot with butter.
- Add about 1/4 cup water to the dish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt to taste.
- Sprinkle with one packet of Equal sweetener.
- Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
- Microwave for 13 to 14 minutes, depending on the size of your dish.
- Drain any excess liquid from the dish.
- Serve hot.
