Instructions

  1. Slice and julienne the squash, green pepper, zucchini, and carrots. Slice onions into rounds.
  2. Mix the sliced vegetables in a microwaveproof baking dish. Dot with butter.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup water to the dish.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt to taste.
  5. Sprinkle with one packet of Equal sweetener.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening for steam to escape.
  7. Microwave for 13 to 14 minutes, depending on the size of your dish.
  8. Drain any excess liquid from the dish.
  9. Serve hot.
