Ingredients

  • 8 or 10 potatoes
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper (optional)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 oz. relish
  • salt
  • mayonnaise
  • paprika
  • parsley

Instructions
