Ingredients

  • 1 cut-up chicken
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Combine soy sauce, catsup, salad oil, lemon juice, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Bake the chicken uncovered for 1 to 1.5 hours, basting occasionally if desired, until cooked through and browned.
