Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Italian herb with tomato recipe soup mix
  • 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.
  3. In a 2-quart ovenproof dish, spray Pam to coat. Place meat mixture inside and shape into loaf.
  4. Pour undiluted soup on top of meat mixture.
  5. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
