Ingredients

  • 7 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  2. Saute beef in butter until brown.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef and remove from heat.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, and green pepper.
